Design "process":
My first step is generating a wide variety of ideas. I did this by doing research on the Internet and form some hypotheses about design, while sketching on paper quickly. Some of the notable ideas "include":
I decided to create a typical mobile app. Imagine your smart watch or smart phone sending a notification 24 hours after your procedure saying that you are free to take showers!
Secondly, I start to create a couple of detailed mood boards to get myself excited about the user experience I"m about to build.
Then, I proceed to outline the information architecture (top-down) while at the same time draw individual screens (bottom-up). I did a quite bit of tweaks on small details, resulting in alternative designs for user testing down the road.
Lastly, I create a click-through to tell the whole story. This is for later to present the ideas to the business stakeholders and to validate them with the users.
